Leather Cleaner and Conditioner Questions

  • Clean first, always. Conditioning over dirt seals grime into the leather. Lift the body oils and grime with a leather cleaner and a soft brush, then condition once the surface is clean and dry.

  • Every few months for most cars, more in hot climates where leather dries and cracks faster. If the leather feels stiff or looks dull, it is asking for a condition.

  • Most factory automotive leather is coated, so these products suit it well. Test a hidden area first, and treat perforated leather gently so product does not pool in the holes.
