We're detailers who built a store
Detail Theory is an Australian detailing products supplier based in Cleveland, Queensland. It launched in early 2026 to give the country's growing detailing community the service it deserved: a supplier that knows its products and gives a straight answer. Everyone here, front of house to back, is a current or ex detailer, so the advice comes from someone who has used the gear on a real car. Detail Theory stocks brands that earn their place, from names like Yum Cars and P&S, and helps customers find what actually suits their paint and their job.
We use everything we sell
Our range is limited on purpose. WE carry the brands and products we trust from years of working with them in Australian conditions. If we wouldn't reach for it on our own car, it doesn't make the shelf.

Walk into our showroom and you'll talk to someone who's done paint corrections, applied ceramic coatings and stuffed both up more than once. We'll tell you what you need, we'll tell you what you don't.

Some of our customers run businesses, some bought a new car last week. We talk to both the same way. You care enough about your car to be here and that's enough.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Jayme has spent his whole working life in car care, from the big retailers and global car care brands to running his own mobile detailing business and managing a PPF studio.
He kept hitting the same problem: retailers stocked whatever the distributor handed them, then left customers to work out the rest alone, buying the wrong products with no one to give them a straight answer.
So in early 2026 he built the supplier he always wanted to buy from, and gave Australia's detailing community the service it had long deserved.
