Water Spot Remover Questions

  • Minerals left behind when water dries on the paint, especially bore water or sprinklers in the sun. Mild spots sit on top, worse ones etch into the clear coat over time.

  • It clears mineral deposits sitting on the surface. Spots that have etched into the clear coat may need a polish or glass polish to level them, since the damage is below the surface.

  • Dry the car after every wash, keep it off sprinklers, and protect the paint so water beads and runs off. A good coating or sealant makes spots far easier to remove next time.
