How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order, as well as your delivery postcode. All available shipping options and prices will be shown once you’ve added your products to the cart and entered your delivery details.


Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes – we offer Free Shipping on orders over $150 (after discounts), to most metro and regional areas across Australia.

Please note:

Bulky or heavy items (e.g. buckets, bucket kits, 3.78L–5L bottles, large machines, car covers) are excluded from free shipping. These products will be clearly marked on their product pages.

Remote or outlying areas may also be excluded from free shipping. In these cases, we aim to offer shipping at the lowest cost possible, based on courier rates.


How Quickly Do You Despatch Orders?

We aim to process and verify all orders within 1 business day of being received. During peak periods such as sales or promotions, there may be slight delays, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


How Long Will Delivery Take?

We ship daily from our Queensland location. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout as a guide, but please note that they are courier estimates, not guaranteed timeframes.


Where’s My Order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.

If your delivery is delayed:

  1. Track your parcel via the link provided.

  2. If there are issues, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

  3. Still need help? Contact us and we’ll assist in following up your order.
