Perfect For
- Windscreens with stubborn water marks
- Removing mineral deposits from automotive glass
- Stripping failed rain repellents and glass coatings
- Removing oily road film
- Preparing glass before applying a new sealant or coating
- Restoring clarity to neglected exterior glass
- Professional detailing and paint-correction preparation
How to Use
- Prepare the Glass: Work only on cool glass away from direct sunlight. Clean away loose dirt and particulate contamination first.
- Apply Sparingly: Use approximately one pea-sized amount for each 30cm square section of glass.
- Polish the Surface: Apply using a damp, soft cotton cloth or suede microfibre applicator and work the product thoroughly using small circular motions.
- Maintain Moisture: Lightly mist the glass with water if machine polishing or working across a larger area.
- Remove the Residue: Rinse the residue away while still wet, or allow it to dry fully before buffing with a clean, dry microfibre cloth.
- Check the Result: Lightly mist the cleaned glass with water. Properly decontaminated glass should form a flat, uniform film rather than repelling water.
- Dry Thoroughly: Wipe the glass dry after completing the water test.
Important Information
- Use only on genuine glass surfaces.
- Do not use on plastic windows or aftermarket tinted glass.
- Do not use on textured glass.
- Test first on unusual or specialised glass finishes.
- Store in cool conditions.
PRO TIP: Use Re-View before applying a new glass coating or rain repellent. When the glass no longer beads water and instead holds a flat, uniform water film, the old protection and contamination have been properly removed, leaving a clean surface ready for bonding.
