Myth Buster

Many leather care products claim to “feed” leather, but modern automotive leather already contains synthetic fat liquors that do not evaporate. Products designed to feed leather cannot be absorbed and instead remain on the surface, attracting dirt and debris that can act as an abrasive and shorten the life of the leather finish.

Application Information

1. Clean First: Thoroughly clean leather using Gtechniq I2 Tri-Clean and allow surfaces to dry completely.
2. Prepare: Shake the bottle well and wear gloves before application.
3. Apply: Using an AP3 Dual Layered Soft Foam Applicator, apply a thin, even layer in circular motions.
4. Buff: Remove any excess product with an MF1 ZeroR Microfibre Buff Cloth.
5. Layering for High-Wear Areas: For maximum protection on seat bolsters and high-contact zones, apply a second layer approximately one hour after the first.
